Yes, it is free to signup inclusive of a short quiz training and free to post a job. A connection fee will only apply when a job is successfully hired.
Once the job is posted and you have selected a freelancer and you decide to cancel, the connection fees will still apply.
This fees also applies for freelancers who cancel after accepting the job. We may deduct the fees from your next job inclusive of the current job or place existing payments on hold
No freelance license needed but you will need to upload ID verification during the account setup. This verification is same for client account
During your account setup, you will have up to 10 quizzes to complete. It will be a training on clients and freelancers etiquette and proper use of our services
